How to use a hole cutter?

1. Select a hole cutter

- It is important to make sure you are using the correct hole saw for the material you are cutting as well as the correct size hole saw to create the hole you need.

2. Insert the hole cutter into the power drill

- Insert the hole saw into the power drill and make sure to tighten the grip to prevent any movement when using the hole saw.

3. Position the hole cutter on top of the mark material to be drilled

- The center drill is used as a guide to keep the hole cutter straight and centered. As you drill, keep the drill bit level and square to the workpiece.

4. Start slowly

- Hold the portable drill tightly and sqeeze the trigger so the hole saw starts to spin. Begin pushing the hole saw into the workpiece with moderate pressure.

5. Cut through

- It is highly recommended to drill the hole on the opposite side of the workpiece to ensure smooth holes.
